Description

The project is located in the heart of Beirut, the building is designed to be used as offices with a total area of 6000 m2 distributed into a total of 13 floors. Ten stories of offices are above the ground floor and three stories in the basement for car parking.

Materials procurement for the following elements:
- Sandwich panels
- Powder coated aluminum louvers / Aluminum corrugated sheet
- Tempered clear glass for partition / Tempered clear glass for center elevations with spider grade.
- Aluminum curtain wall façade – Offices side
- Perforated aluminum sheet balustrade
- Interior and security doors
