Breije Residential Building

Description

The project is located in the north of Lebanon, the plot area is 1100m2 and the building area is 1550m2. The building is composed of six stories, four upper apartments and one duplex. The basement contains a parking lot with the building services. Each apartment has a main entrance, two living areas, dining, family room with a chimney corner, three bedrooms, one of which is a suite and has balconies. The building faces south; the living balcony is oriented to the sea view.
