The project is located in Barcena Mayor village in Cantabria. The house was built in 1875. The client requested renovation and adding another story on the first floor. The ground floor consists of an entrance, living, dining, kitchen and a guest toilet. Living and dining areas have access to the exterior garden. The first floor contains an office with three bedrooms, one of which is a suite.
